    一表人才论

    曾仕强在其中国式管理中，有强调一表人才的重要性。
     
    一表人才，是对自己，也是对别人的尊重，是做人做事成功的一个重要
    因素。
     
    身体发肤，受之父母。出生下来，长什么样不是个人能够决定的。因此
    ，曾说18岁以前的相貌取决于父母。但是18岁以后的面貌自己必须负责
    。长大以后，每个人后天的努力、经历、性格品质，都会融入到本人的
    气质当中，对其仪表产生重大的影响。大家都可以感受到这种后天产生
    的差异。于是乎，我们会发现有的人和蔼随和，有的人粗俗卑鄙，有的
    人高贵典雅，有的人一表人才……
     
    这就是我们要追求的一表人才。把高贵的气质、随和的外表、自信的态
    度、典雅的品味糅合到个人的修养当中，把这种“一表人才”作为毕生
    的目标来追求。
